Coenzyme Q10

Coenzyme Q10 is a vitamin-like substance that is present in foods and is also produced by cells to help convert food into energy. Coenzyme is found throughout the body in cell membranes, especially in the mitochondrial membranes and is particularly abundant in the heart, lungs, liver, kidneys, spleen, pancreas and adrenal glands.
