Joey, our experience has been that the whitening strips have been effective when used correctly.

I've had mixed results with the white strips.. I think if you use them as directed that MAYBE your teeth will get a shade or a couple shades lighter...

If you want better results see your dentist about getting custom fit mouth trays and do the at home bleaching..
