Nose bleeds and Headaches in children

Hello, I have a 9 year old niece, since the age of 1 she has been having nose bleeds and with each nose bleed she has headaches. I would like to know what these symptoms are related to ex. seizures, high blood pressure etc. And what should we do to get more information?
