A big red spot in the middle of my tounge

i have had a big red hard spot in the middle of my tounge and it has been there since i was 9months pregnant and it keeps coming back. Is that something to be worried about?

I would have it checked out by an oral surgeon asap.

You should consider seeing a dentist or oral maxillofacial surgeon to have it checked out. Any hard lesions of the soft tissues, especially on the tongue, are not normal.
