How long does it take the mouth to heal after a shot?

Hello-

I have a question, I recently performed fellatio on another gay man where I was exposed to a small amount of blood in my mouth.

About two days prior I had a shot of novicane for a cavtiy filling, would the wound from the shot still be open in my mouth at this point?
