my son is four years old and has significant language delays.  he has gross and fine motor issues that  have affected his speech and development.  he is socially awkward and has gotten several comments from the teacher that he doesn't attend to lessons.  is it possible to have an adhd diagnosis so young?  he has low muscle tone and sensory issues as well.
