cystitis???

Hello,im a little worried about some symptoms i have....for years now i have had reoccuring external cystitis (which im fed up of). But this time symptoms started as internal cystitis accompanied by heartburn(which i have had for 3 consequitive days.)After taking antibiotics i have no symptoms of internal cystitis maby going to the toilet a little more but not as bad as it was...but now i have external cystis also wich is a little more painful this time(symptoms have stayed longer this time too).Heart burn still presist also!Just wondering if theres anything i can do for the reoccuring cystitis and if the symptoms are a cause of anything??thanks
