If they haven't changed your due date, then I doubt they got the weeks wrong during all your u/s.  The u/s are pretty darn accurate.  I've had to have 17 u/s and I'm only 23 weeks.  Everytime I have one she measures to the day.  I don't think your going into preterm labor, I think its just pregnancy pains.  I went into preterm labor this weekend.  I'm now on Procardia to stop the contractions.  I think your fine, but call your doctor if your that worried.  If you start to feel contractions (which could also be Braxton Hicks), have over 6 contractions in a hour, and have lower back pain you'll want to call the doctor.  And of course if you have spotting, bleeding, and cramping.  Hope this help!

My scans always showed my little gut being 2 weeks bigger than what I actually was.  He was a big guy.  I knew exactly when I conceived too, there was no question about my actual due date.

You'll know when it's real labor.  I was in labor 'early labor ' for 10 days before the real labor kicked in.  My contractions were steady every 5 minutes for 10 days but there intensity wasn't bad.  Then one night....whew they were intense and I knew.

Actually my husband knew because I ripped the towel holders off the wall in the bathroom...LOL.

You'd think that this being my 2nd, I'd handle the pain a little better....LOL

I had him 2 weeks early and the labor started almost 2 weeks before that so around 36 weeks, but I remember at 33 weeks feeling like something was happening.  I remember clearly because the Dr told me not to travel after 34 weeks and I was just 33 weeks and go camping....LOL Camping - what was I thinking.

Good luck....you are in the home stretch, but don't rush it.  Enjoy every second even the painful ones.  My little guy is almost 4 mos old now and I wish I could get it all back....
