I am suffering of Post Traumatic Stress Disorder and have been of sick for about six months.I'm a musician and would like to know can stress levels come down when playing a musical instrument/s or performing in a band situation. Are there any studies done to prove this.

Hi there im not sure really, but i guess we all have things we enjoy and if it lowers your stress level then all the better..and not trigger it.....
