Hi, i am Pankaj.My father had a paralysis strock 5 days ago.Everything is ok in his bodyparts.The problem is that he is not able to swallow food and water, unable to move the left eyebrow and eyelip and the leftside lip is not moveing.He is having food by a tube through his nose.We have the CT scan of brain and also the MRi report.Please help me.
