How to grow taller? -- plss help me.. =(

i am currently 16 going to be 17 years old this year , and i am only like 1.42 + cm .. its kinda short for a 16 yr old girl ..right?..i'm anxious.. my friends in school are taller than me thou.. i want to grow taller..till at least 1.5cm+ or if there is a chance till 1.60cm.. =/
and i've been going to the gym for 1 to 2 hours twice a week..
and i skipped ropes everyday..for around 100times a day..
can anyone here tell me how to grow taller?

What is your name?
I can understand what you might be feeling if you are short height amongst your peer group. But you have to understand that if you have good height that alone won't make you qualified to be a social person.
External characteristics are not the only reasons a person becomes social.
Regarding your issue, I would like to know what is your mom's height and Dad's height, as you would be having height which is average of sum of your parent’s height minus 13 cm.
There is hormonal therapy which can assist you in gaining height, but that needs to be started early.
Have you attained your menarche? If yes, since how long?

And.. when do girls stop growing?i heard from my friends.. they say that girls stop growing in the age 18.. =/

Yes, back to your queries.
You would reach a height approximately 1.5 or 1.6+ unless we intervene. What I mean to say by that is unless you are started on hormonal therapy you would not reach a height of 1.6 or more.
You have attained your menarche around 5 years back, so once you attained menarche the height won’t be increasing much after that as the growing end of the bones start fusing.
You can meet Pediatric Endocrinologist to start growth hormone therapy. Yes they are costly, but affordable.
In your case if we had started your treatment when you were 11, there would have been some guarantee, but now it is doubtful.
Girls stop growing around 60% when they attain there menarche and after menarche they continue to grow but at a slower rate.

I thought you are engrossed in some serious where in you have forgotten about your health.
You can get evaluated at pre-determined date and time by an Endocrinologist and let me know the findings.

My name is Ywasha, I live in USA and my age is 18 for now, my height is around 154 cm, my Dad's height is around 155 and my mom's height is around 150. As you know I am a short guy. I tried to find lot of ways to get taller, but still it doesn't help any, so can you tell me how to get lttle taller?
Your height with reference to your parent’s height could be maximum 161-162 cm’s. You need to consult an Endocrinologist for a possible intervention with help of growth hormone therapy.
I think you should consult an Endocrinologist and discuss regarding the possible intervention.
This is an appropriate time as you are already 18 years, older than this the epiphyseal ends in long bone would fuse causing difficulty for a possible intervention.

I am sorry to say but at this age, milk is not going to help you gain height.
Yes you are right in saying that it would increase the bone density and would help in stabilizing the bone and its joint.
I think without getting into more discussion you should consult an endocrinologist at earliest.
