Probably not  a high  chance of some of the diseases that need to be transferred through fluids or blood. However, there was a very good chance that if she has herpes or HVP or any other disease that transfers just with skin contact that you could catch something contagious. Fortunately, some of these diseases are not that easy to transfer but you put yourself at risk when you have any skin to skin contact, fluid to skin contact or an open sore. I don't know if this scratch was an open wound or not--that would make it more dangerous.
If you are having sex with anyone in a non monogamous relationship - and this is twice as true with a sex professional- you should be wrapped in rubber.  If you are touching her genitals , you should wash your hands before you touch your own. Do go to write the infectious disease doctors on this site to get the best information- I am not a medical doctor and can only generally address the issue. Do go get a good check up from a doctor or STD clinic to make sure you are completely healthy.

To: penis blisters
I have been sex with my wife for about 4 years now without condoms, she uses treatment pills to prevent Pregnancy,I have had no problems during those 4 years, two weeks before I visited Paris, for 1 week I had sex with another girl for 7 days without condoms,I was afraid too much of STD especial HIV,my feelings led me to faint one day(DIZZY FOR ABOUT 3 MINUTES)AND It took me 1 week to become normal without thinking of deseases,my problem is my penis has something like bruises or blisters around the head one side only, they are painless but disturbing sometimes, especiaI when I ejaculate,I was thinking this is because of The pills my wife uses because she always nowdays change different(I mean everyday pills for pregnant prevention).I went to make general blood test incl urine, everything was perfect but I noticed they have not checked me for STD and HIV,so I redo but never take the results,So what does those bruises  mean? they are very red after sex,but increasing pleasure in sex,I do also remember when I had sex in Paris I was washing my penis but was feeling like irritating around my penis, and the problem was the girl I had sex was just finished having period was this because of her v***** or its because of the pills or masturbation?I know the girl she has never took another boyfriend since her boyfriend went to jail, and she assured me and even shows  me her Hiv test in Paris 8 moths before and she lives only with her daughter.
Please help because when I try to wash the penis with sop the skin goes out but if I use other cream they dry but still exist, and this blisters I noticed them a month after left Paris,I had sometimes such bruises when I masturbate before but this time the do not heal.
