fingers swelling is it arthritis?

from last 1 years my hands fingers swelling going on. It remains some time high and some time disappear? is it realted to arthritis? or relates to Heart?

swelling in the fingers can be from many different causes.  arthritis is one reason, but also excess salt intake, heart failure, infection, or autoimmune causes also can be reasons
