bladder issue(s) help!

hi. male 29. last year..testicular acheing. burned once..pissing. went away. this october..came back.burned once. urine test..hematuria..crystals..ect.. took cipro 10 days. urine cytology, ultrasound ( pelvic, abdominal) negative. despite cipro..discomfort continued. cramps ( lower back..upper back, stomach, discomfort in bottom sternum, very sore buttocks.
did many gi tests..all fine. clamydia, gonereah, hiv negative. in december..frequent urination.then dribbling..then  went away. uroligists ( 2 ) say everything is fine.
last monday, burned once..again. slight..testicular discomfort..almost nothing. frequent urination. fishy smelling odour. went to er, urine test was o.k.
question- i read soap can iritate the urethra. every single time it burned..( 3 times in total since last year)) it was coming out the shower...and i had masterbated the prior night. is frequent urination a part of this as well? can this exlain why this all started..1 year ago. can this " irritation" cause micro hematuria and crystals in urine? the tip of penis a bit red..and feels a bit irritated.my doc said..its probably soap..because the burning only last for a second..and doesn't come back. the next **** i take doesn't hurt.
- uroogists said they can do no more..only cystoscopy. they said no need..since all recent urine after cipro..is fine. does this make sense? i have no history of cancer in family..does this sound like bladder cancer. psa test was fine..no mass felt on testes..prostate feels fine.
-i have not been sexually active in a long while.hiv,clamydia,gonereah..all negative. what other std can this be? i haven't noticed any discharge.
-all my urinary problems disapeared for a month..after the monday shower..its coming back..does this make any sense?

thanks  for your time

That's very frustrating.

One one hand, the urologist is best able to differentiate different problems with the prostate

But it's hard to argue with not seeing white blood cells after prostatic massage, that suggests no infection.

I can't give you advice, but I can tell you that you should see a different urologist.  Sounds like the latest one you saw was probably wrong.

sorry about the delay in response, just got back from vacation.

burning after masturbation is not uncommon.  I believe it has to do with the urine pushing out the residual semen.

your urologist have tried to reassure you and it sounds like they've done everything neccessary and more.

if it continues to be a problem, see a urologist at a major medical center at a university

hi doc. i went to see a different urologist today. i saw him for the first time. he checked me out( finger in anus ) and said i have chronic prostatitis!  he recomended cipro for six weeks along with some nsaids. Doc..i saw two other urologists prior to seeing him. I did numerous urine tests since initial microhematuria in october...and they all come back negative( i did 10 days of cipro) i did ultrasounds and bloods ( psa was fine )
I remember asking the 2 prior urologists if prostattitis was a possibility. They said NO. I forgot why they said no..but i think it had something to do with the fact that my urine is fine. Doc..who do i believe??? This doc said he's sure...and like i said..he's the only one who actually checked my prostate. What do you think?

tonight i went to see a very respected doctor at the hospital in which i work. he works at infectious diseases. He said its NOT prostatitis. He checked my prostate and said it was fine! AND...on top of that did a prostatic massage on the spot! He looked in his microscope and said there was no sign of white blood cells or any infection! He said docs at private clinics are quick to give that diagnosis along with the 160$ i had to pay for cipro and nsaids. Doc..what do you think. PLEASE give me some advice. I don't know what to do anymore, and i still have pain every now and then in testicles, frequent urination (now dribbling) i was just told i have condyloma acuminata on shaft of penis. I was tested for hep b,syph, ghon, clamyd, and i did a 48 hour result test at a clinic for hiv. They all came back negative. My last sexual exposure was last spring...march...and i got tested in december.
