Your sexual history is very important here. White pin head lesions may be infections
( eg virus, fungal infections, bacterial ) or may be due to contact dermatitis or allergic reactions. Uncircumcision increases the chance for infections to occur beneath the foreskin and eventually involves the foreskin itself.
At this point , refrain from unnecssarily touching the lesions .Don't pick on them and observe proper hygiene. A consult with your physician will be able to allay your worries so it is best to avoid unnecessary worrying until a consult is made.
