Oral Surgeon Wanted

I had an arthroscopy TMJ surgery to my right jaw a year and a half ago. My left jaw is now giving me trouble. I did not have a good experience with the after care from the place that I had my surgery. I am now looking for a new oral surgeon to look at my jaw and to recommend me to a surgeon that can do the arthroscopy TMJ surgery. I live in Independence, WI. Any suggestions on oral surgeons I can contact?
