red circles under the eyes

my two year old daughter has red circles under her eyes, and i was wondering if anyone could tell me what that means

Hi, my daughter ate strawberries last night and the circles under her eyes turned purple.  she also got a red rash all over her cheeks and mouth area.  We have a lot of food allergies in our family, but, I have never seen the purple circles appear like that.  It looked like she had "black eyes".

My son also has red circles under his eyes and his skin is paler than my other children.
Does anyone know what could cause this?

I have had red circles under my eyes for as long as i can remember.
theyre especially bad around this time of the year.
I am 14 by the way
why do you think this could be and is there any way of curing it?
