how soon to find out you are pregnant

How soon can I say I'm pregnant, how many days from either doing medications or normal intercorse can you say you have conceived? how do you know when you misscarrie?

Sometimes a test will show as early as 10-12days post ovulation. Other women may not see a pos result for several more days. Once you get a bfp, you can happily say you are pregnant. Sometimes mc is obvious, heavy bleeding, etc. Other times you many not know until bloodwork is done and shows that hcg levels have declined.
