I was just recently diagnosed with PCOS and have endured the same problem.  Me and my partner have been together for 3 years and not until just recently, over the past 4  months I have bled during intercourse.  I am in the  midst of getting the problem out and will keep you updated with any new i receive.  Have you found anything new out about your situation?

hi all i have pcos and i have never bleed during intercorse i have been diagnosed with it for over 5 years and as far as i am aware bleeding when having intercorse is not a result of having pcos although i may be wrong i am just advising on my situe having had this for over 5 years (knowingly).

Perhpas you have an infection? have you had smear tests etc lately as it may be due to an underlying infection?

Just a thought.

From what i have heard  from doctors and have experienced for myself first hand as I have had bleeding after sex myself and have had all test come back normal except for pcos of course, Bleeding after sex can come from your cervix or your endometrium. When you dont get your period for awhile or when your endometrium doesnt shed fullly when you do you or your cervix is soft you can have bleeding after sex. When Im not on met or provera or augestin and I dont get my period on a regular  28-35 day basis I will have bleeding after sex sometimes but when im having regular full flow periods I will not bleed.
