what is happening

im 14 years old, 168cm tall and weigh 47 kgs.Lately after I eat something i feel physically sick and have a really bad headache. I also am experiancing dizzy spells whenever I stand up they are bad enough to feel faint and almost throw up. what is wrong with me?

that could be any number of things.    i would go into see your doctor cause it could be very serious.
