my 3 yr old is starting to bite. at first it was only his 3 yr old brother, whereas now it is everyone. He is a bright child and very advanced with his speech and motor skills. He attends a pre-school but he is now biting other children in there. i have tried using sticker charts, time out, explaining why it hurts, ignoring and praising good behaviour. and nothing seems to be working. please help
