Hello my name is scott, well this is been happening to me for a whole year now and i do not know what to do.  I can not breathe out of my nose and when i can its only out of one nostril, and sometimes it switches, well i have tryed everything, all the sprays, pills like zyrtec, allegra, claritan, back in september i went to an ent specialist, he said i had a deviated septum, so i had the surgery, well its februaary now and i still cannot breathe, I even tried a neti pot, i do not know what to do, in my nose theres like nothing there no mucous or anything like that, but most of the time it is breathing out of one nostril.  I used to workout alot and exercise, well since this has happend im always fatigued and dont feel like doing things, and this really sucks because i like to be active and i havent been for a long time now and i need to breathe out of my nose!!!! Does anyone know what i can do?, i think i have tried everything. Thanks for your help

Hi,

Has a CT scan of the sinuses been done? You should get a re-evaluation with your ENT specialist done and talk to him/her in detail about your persisting symptoms.

It would be advisable to get a proper clinical evaluation done by your allergy specialsit too, to rule out allergic reactions as the cause of your symptoms.

Let us know about how you are doing.

Hope this helps.

Good luck.
