nasal polyps

Im worried about getting nasal polyps back.  I had surgery last December, and now suffering once again with congestion and pain.  ENT says polyp tissue has returned and now on Leviquin, did the Prednisone 6day pack.  Has anyone had to go thru the surgery more than once?

Polyps will keep growing.You can do this breathing exercise to control the growth of polyps.Allow 3 months to notice the benefits.
- Deep Breath-in through left nostril keeping right nostril closed
then  - Breath-out through right nostril keeping left nostril closed
then   -Deep Breath-in through right nostril keeping left nostril closed
then   - Breath-out through left nostril keeping right nostril closed
and repeat this cycle for upto 15 minutes. Maximum 3 times day.
Keep doing this once a day after you are symptom-free.

I am also facing same problem. In 1988 I had got the Polyps operated. Relaxed for some years but again I often feel difficulty in breathing through left nostril and feel this side narrow. After the operation i have been complete course of tables Betnelan (Betamethoasone) twice, with break of 4-5 years. Can I take it again. What are the side effects. Afzaal.
