endo suffer with bizarre symptoms

by lnglgz7, Feb 05, 2008 09:09PM
Hello!
I am asking for anyone to help me.  I am a 21 year old female, 6 feet tall, 120 pounds (NO I'm not purging) who has recently developed a rapid heart rate-sometimes over 180 beats a minute, usually when I am at rest.  I have sudden blood presure drops to the point that my pulse can be lost and I come close to passing out.  I have had every blood test under the sun with all tests coming back normal.  I have had holter moniters, tilt table tests, echo cardiograms, chesk x-rays, MRI and CT Chest scans, ekgs, etc....everything shows normal except rapid heart rate when I rest.  Before I get this, I usually feel this rushing, warm feeling pass through my body starting at my toes making it's way to my head.  I feel this is coming from something else than my heart-maybe chemical or hormonal.  I also have Intercystical Cystitis and Endometriosis. When I was 16, I was put on Femara, a cancer drug, to stop the estrogin that grows the endo and I was did not have a period for 9 months while undergoing this treatment.  At the end of the nine months, I had to be pulled off the treatment because I devolped migraines and tunnel vision.  I did have a base MRI of my brain-with normal results.  After that episode, and being pulled off the meds, I got better for a while.  NOW THIS!  I don't know what to do and no docotor has been able to give me an answer.  I do notice the heart symptoms get worse about a week before my period and sometime get bad after certain foods I eat.  My heart goes so crazy that it wakes me out of a sound sleep.  Is there any rare condition that the docotor's could be missing with these symptoms or is there anyone else out there like me?  Please let me know your thoughts ASAP-I need an answer or even a general direction to start looking in!!!
