recurrent solitary fibrous tumor of the brain

by oliversantini, Feb 06, 2008 01:51AM
hello, in 2000-2003 I underwent two surgeries and Xrays for an intra-axial SFT which didn't seem to have any relation to the meninges. Since then I have occasional seizures once every two years. (I have been on anti-seizure treatment since 2000).
I was told that my case was not common and they can't tell how this will evolve. Since it has been 5 years, can we talk about a benign desease despite biological caracteristics of my SFT ( 9 mitosis)
