inhaler use for 5 yr old

hi there. my five and half yr old is having cold since last 3 weeks. she has had URTI since she was 3. doc has advised Seroflo 125 Inhaler for her with Zerostat Spacer. One Puff a night. Wanted to know if its addictive, how much of steroids in it and any ill effects it will have on her- now or later in life?
