Hi, I've been watching my nephews, and my sister had them BOTH on Pemoline and Cylert. Are pemoline and cylert the same thing. I really don't think they need it at all. What are the side effects if they stop taking them. I didnt give it to them one day and they where the same as if they had it. Is it ok to give them it every other day.
