I have been given a Cardiolite Stress Test, as well as a 2D Echo with color flow.   The results came back that I had  good movement in chambers, good perfusion ( I assume that means no blockages in my arteries and vessels) but that I had a slight reurgitive valve.  Sometimes  I experience decreases in heart rate that make me feel weak.  There are times when I am sitting in the house doing nothing my heart rate drops to 54.  I notice when I am drifting off to sleep...(only sometimes)  I feel as though my heart has stropped.  I take my B/P and Pulse with my machine, and the values reveal a very good blood pressure but my pulse to drop to 48.(only sometimes) I also have sleep apnea and acid reflux.  I must admit...the drop in heart rate most always has happens when I have hyperacidity in my stomach.   I  feel the burning subside with food, and can also feel the food going into my stomach giving awareness that my stomach is irritated...the food kind of sooothes my stomach as it passes through.

Is there a possibility , or has anyone ever heard of such a thing.  I am tired of trying to figure it out, and when I ask my primary care about the heart rate decreasing when I sleep to below 60, he isint concerned.  Could someone help me understand this?  There are times I am afraid to go to sleep, for fear I will die.

thanks for your response ken.  Actually "no" no one has ever mentioned that.  When i see my primary i will mention it.  To be honest they probably dont suspect the thyroid because this only happen once in a while (as described up top).  I feel stuck without an answer.

I appreciate your help, and thank you
