Allergic to Medicine

by Chancer, Feb 08, 2008 05:37PM
I am on my 4th RA medicine: Methotrexate, Arava, Enbrel, and now Sulfasalazine is what I am currently on.  I developed a skin rash from all of these so my doctor immediately took me off of them.  Are there any other medicines or treatments out there that I could tolerate?  Thanks.

Many others, but your doctor has to try them on you to see if you can tolerate them.  Past reaction to these doesn't predict reactions to other medicines.
