The retina did not become detached but his pupil remained dilated. He has some vision loss but we are wondering if it is permanent. A recent visit to the eye doctor showed scar tissue in the vitreous. She said this might be the cause of loss of sight. Is it possible to remove this scar tissue? Would that help restore some of his vision? Right now he has to move the eye around to a certain position to see from it.
