Got my results

by Anny526, Feb 11, 2008 07:27AM
Hi everyone and thatnks again for all the responses before. I got the results of my "full thyroid panel" . Only 4 things were tested... is there anything else that should have been tested?
Free Thyroxine Index      1.9      (ref. range 1.2 - 4.9)
T3 Uptake                      38                      (24 - 39)
Thyroxine (T4)                5.1                    (4.5 - 12.0)
TSH                              2.521                 (.35 - 5.5)

So my TSH went from a 4.9 to a 2.5 within a few weeks. Are fluctuations like that normal? And both my Free Thyroxine and T3 are at the borders or the normal ranges. Are any of these range numbers out of date the way the TSH range is?

Thanks again for all the help and support!
Anny
