I have diabeties, with a Anti-throm 3 def. and take 21 pills a day + on insulin pump,  BMI is at 45. Can I ever be considered for either this or Gastic bypass?

my step mom is the same as u she takes i dont even know how much pills alot she a bag full of em she takes every day  and it has been offered to her. Unfortnately shes scared to get it she thinks it will stuck in her stomach or something. I really hope she changes her mind though. she needs the surgery.

I had the gastic bypass surgery 27 years ago and at the time I weighed 317. My girlfriend had hers done last year and she was over 350. Has she even gone to see a bypass dr about Lap Band surgery. She needs to have a professional opinion fro them. She would feel so much better if she would have it done. I know it has changed my life
