5and half yrs after tram flap still on pain killers, no strength in abdomen, not living much of a life. Is there anything that can be done?

Dear dawn1957:  Without evaluation, it is impossible to speculate on what might be done to address this problem.  You might discuss this with your plastic surgeon.  You may also wish to obtain a second opinion from a second plastic surgeon (preferably one who specializes in breast reconstruction) to see if there are additional ideas as to how to help you.
