have i pulled a muscle

i am a regular weight lifter, and over the last few weeks i have had a very funny strained like feeling down the left hand side of my body, and especialy around the Heart Area, i feel often flushed i think the word is and very strange, is this a deep muscle pull or am i experiancing a problem with my Heart, i am only 30 years old!!!. p.s the feeling seems worse if  train.

Hi,
I think it would be a muscle pull as you are a weight lifter and in 90% of the time the diagnosis would be muscle pull, but having said that you should also get evaluated by a cardiologist and get investigations done to see if there is any cardiac ischemia.
