my little brother has behavior disorder he is 6 years old now and he cant even walk alone or speak
or do anything at all all his reactions to the outer world is zero
he cant speak he cant concentrate he cant react he cant do anything
he can walk if u help him and walked him but he cant concentrate while walking
he cant know whose around him or whats around him
they say its a white matter disease i do not know what exactly is this disease but the only thing i know right now is that he is 6 can speak cant talk correctly cant don anything alone hes just like a 5 or 6 months old child !!!
so please doctors please if you can help me or suggest anything please talk please !!!!!
i almost lost hope me and my family pleaseeeeeeeee!!!

It will help if you can mention any MRI or other investigation that was done. I can understand that you are very much anxious. Have his doctors spoken to you about his treatment ? Is he under any treatment right now ?
