breast saline implants

I recently got breast implants a week ago and i have been experiencing a burning sensation on my left breast on the side about 2 inches from my scar closer to my under arm the scar has been healed and my stitches were taken out toda with out pain or complication. Is the burning pain normal? Why does the sharp pain burn so incredibly much??? (I forgot to mention that i got saline implants)
