Hi.
If you have bump anywhere in the body, you are supposed to see whether they are harmful or not. Bump behind the ear which is recurring and pops out suggests that it is due to some irritation; hence it grows at the same place or there could be some fistula or false tract by which after it has popped out, it recurs at the same place and grows to maximum size and pops out again.
Firstly I recommend you to send the secretions of bump for culture to see whether it is infected or not.
Secondly an imaging studies of right and left ear and its surrounding to see for ant pathologies if existing.
And finally a visit to an ENT specialist is must.
Keep me informed if you have any queries.
Bye.
