Kidney Stones - Facing a problem

Hi,
I'm a 25 year old guy. I was diagonsed with Kidney stones, less than 4mm. The doctore has advised me on a 5 day course, which will flush out the stone through urine.
My problem is when i'm mastrubating, i go to the peak and climax, but then nothing comes out. i can feel it coming up, but nothing comes out. I'm concerned abt it. Is it happening because of Kidney stones???
Please help me out!!!!!
