Concerned

I am a 37 year old female. For the past year, I have been back and forth to my doctor beacuse of an elevated white blood cell count and the following symptoms:
*Severe Abdominal Pain (constant but every 3-4 months I have episodes where the pain is more severe) The best way to describe the pain is that it feels like contractions. It radiates from my abdomin to my lower back and boy does it HURT!!
*Achiness all over...especially when I first wake up; I've even bought a new mattress set thinking that was the problem; joints in my legs and lower back when I first wake up makes me almost immobile
*Red pustle like bumps surface occassionally and resemble hives
*When I cough I taste a hint of blood...I cough primarly at night
*Extremely short of breath and wheezing when doing simple activities such as walking...diagnosed with bronchitis in December, but still have the shortness of breath and wheezing from time to time
*Extremely tired and fatigue...sometimes I can't lift my head off my pillow
*Constant swelling in the hands, feet, ankles and legs

I've been to a GI specialist who said it is Irrital Bowel Syndrome. My PCP referred me to a Hematologist which I saw today. He said he didn't believe it was leukemia or any thing blood disorder related BUT then he sends me to get lab work at the hospital and ask they send him the results stat. Well, the hospital told me they send those types of tests to an outside lab and it will be 3-4 days before he will know anything AND they would mail it.

I'm a little frustrated because I've been dealing with this for a year now. Also, I had these symptoms acutally closer to 2-3 years; I just never saw a physician because I would always go to an Urgent Care when the pain would get too bad and get pain killers. Any information anyone has would be greatly appreciated. I know any feedback on this forum does not constitute a medical diagnosis, but I needed to share with someone. Thank you.
