Cramps in ribs at 12 weeks!

For the past week I've had really bad cramps in my ribs and it's caused me to suffer while at work and wake me when i'm sleeping. The doctor says everything looks good, but I was just wondering if anyone else had these kind of pains and what it could possibly be. Thanks
