I just got my urine samples back. i have a UTI my doctor gave me antibiotics for ten days i am still waiting for my blood work for std's.
Is it possible that herpes caused UTI?
I recently had a lesion and it was swab for a culture and it came back negative. My dermatologist told me the rash looks like contact dermatitis or eczema. Would that cause uti?

Urinary tract infection refers to infection in the lower and upper urinary tract ( from the kidneys, ureter, bladder to the urethra). Urinary tract infection is usually bacterial and viral causes are possible but quit rare. The contact dermatitis and eczema are not contagious.Eczema occurs secondary to an immunologic cause or due to an external irritation of the area that leads to an itch scratch cycle. If the area near the meatus gets infected, given poor hygiene and a poorly managed condition , then this may possibly cause a lower urinary tract infection.
