ostioporosis

can anyone please explain to me anything about ostioporosis (excuse spelling if wrong) i have just been diagnosed with it in my hands and arms, i am in a lot of pain, left arm is worse as it has now moved up my arm to my shoulder, i don't know anything about it at all many thnx xx

osteoporosis is decreased (less) bone density.

bisphosphanates such as fosamax, actonel, and boniva, can help with this problem

also, weight bearing exercise will help build bone density
