6 year old rubbs her eyes and says she needs to consintrate becasue our heads look small. she has said this before. This time I noticed her pupils were very dialated. she recently had an eye exam at our helth care clinic and the dr did not have any concerns. But this happened after the exam

Get a real eye exam by a real Eye MD physician-ophthalmologist. In the USA find one at www.aao.org  elsewhere ask your GP/FP for a referral.

She did have a real eye exam by a md physician. Two weeks ago. He did not find anything wrong that is why I am wondering if this isisomething more medical

Then I would call their offices on Monday and ask about seeing a pediatrician. Those are pretty non-specific symptoms to begin a very expensive work up
