i need to know when to start taking ovul-aid. im not having my periods on the same days.im trying to get pregnant with a baby girl. well i just bout it and wanted to know when to start taking it. i dont think im ovulating like im supposto be. well i hope to hear back from some one soon.thanks elana

As long as you are having periods every 26-35 days apart you are ovulating and that would be considered normal. There is no accurate way, in my opinion, to sex select. If you are using urine ovulation prediction, and assuming you have periods that are regular, you can start testing on day 10 or 11 of your cycle, and make sure to have intercourse the day urine ovulation prediction turns positive and the day after. Those are the most fertile times. Good luck!
