Petrified about HPV

Hi Dr.,
I am petrified that I have HPV.

I am married and had 7 yr itch moments of weakness visiting massage parlors 7 or 8 times...each time receiving protected oral & vag sex. I've also twice recvd unprotected oral from strippers...last of these encounters was 4 months ago (uncovered oral)
I'm regretful/remorseful for these experiences...and my guilt may be getting to me..

I've tested negative for herpes...and test results pending for syphillis, chlymdia and gonorhea...I've visited an Std clinic...upon examining my genital area a registered nurse found nothing "exciting" about the skin.

I've experienced intense itchiness at the base of my penis and sides of my scrotum. Itchiness typically subsides when I apply clotrimazole or other antifungal...leads me to hope it's just jock itch...always had jock itch...even before I engaged in my unsafe practices...but I have had this itchiness now for a long time...it feels like it comes and goes every couple of months...I have also not undergone a faithful antifungal (3- 4 weeks of application) treatment...

I made the mistake of applying vinegar to it...even though I've read countless posts where you advise it is a bad idea...that said...in the area of itchiness...several areas did appear to lighten up and turn slighty white...

I took photos...and on close up view...I don't see anything that appears to be a wart...but from a naked eye it looks like white spots.
Questions are...
1) Would jock itch/tinea turn white when vinegar is applied?
2) Despite assurances from the STD nurse...does this look like possible HPV?

3) Can you spread HPV via masturbation? I feel like the glans of my penis have become bumpier...though I don't know if that's just me noticing it because I'm obsessing lately...I've applied vinegar to them as well...nothing white
4) Is there any information I can provide that might help you answer the questions above.

The picture looks like normal penile skin to me.  I don't think you even have jock itch (fungus.)  I think you have irritation plus lots of anxiety and guilt.  You've been to a clinic that knows what STD's look like, so I suggest you just take the reassurance you got at face value.  See a skin doctor if you need help with the itch, and see a counselor for your anxiety....

Take care.

Thank you for your response...you are correct that guilt and anxiety have been eating me up...

I wanted to post a follow up...the areas that "turned white" on my base and in the previous picture have now changed and look like they have a dark (scab?) pinhead sized spot in the center. The spots are < 1mm in size...looks like it's healing abrasions...

As I said in my previous post I'm also a little worried about the glans...I've posted several pictures...I'm hoping it is fairly normal...

My concern is that the surface is quite bumpy...it's like small pinhead sized bumps on the top of the glans...the sides are slightly smoother..

It is not noticable when flacid...it mostly just looks wrinkly...but when the skin is stretched or I have an erection it becomes much more noticeable...I've also noticed a large number of dark spots that seem to be under the skin...and if I inspect them closely appear to be tiny blood blisters...

None of these things appeared overnight...I've been noticing the bumpiness (keratinization?) for the past 6 or 7 months and I don't know if it was there previously and I'm just obsessing on it now...

Thank you again for your time.
