urethra burning from receiving unprotected oral sex, anxious

I am a biman,  32 y/o, my penis was sucked by a man 7 weeks ago.  I feel discomfortable for my  urethra after 2 days.  Symptoms include slight burning, after urination , freq of urination, and occasionally slight itchy. Always have urge to urination, no rash/blister, no pain. Have been to URO; multiple urinalysis negative ; no growth in culture; No WBC in urine, no evidence of internal urinary infection( believable for urine BWC test? ). Both gonorrhea and chlamydia are negative. Have taken 100mg/bid Doxcy 10 days and cefpodoxime 400mg, ciproflaxcin for 4 days.  1g Azith.  Now better, But still fell mild burning urethra and irritation and discomfortable urethra after urination.  occasionally slight itchy.
Questions: What could this be and what would be treatment?
Could this be a Mycoplasma and ureaplasma infect;  Whether I was still infected by some resistant bacteria such as Mycoplasma or other?   What should I do now?
Could the infection is inside my urethra  by virus (such as hsv or HPV)? Or is there any posibility for my bladder and prostate infection? Otherwise why doctor can not find anything wrong, But I fell  not good.     In addition,  Last friday, I feel a little itchy and painful for my anus. I found there is a small  bump  which I can clearly touch by hand. Today, I found very few blood. I never have anal sex in my life. I only have sex with my wife but only once  oral sex that I mentioned above.  My wife is very clean. Today, I saw my doctor.  The Nurse said that it looks like a wart. But the doctor said that it looks like a herp. He just did the hsv culture. He said they do not test HPV. I was so worried about it.     My question: could my anus be infected by HSV or HPV just by receiving once oral sex?  Or just it was hurt by doctor when he check my prostate? Do you think whether i still have  STD? Can I infect my wife if I have unprocected sex with my wife? She want to be pregant, Can I have unprotected intersex with my wife ? I was so anxious.

You  have been tested with negative results and despite those negative results, you were treated with therapy that would have cured all bacterial STDs including mycoplasma and ureaplasma.  You would not get herpes or HPV from the exposure you describe which would cause the symptoms you mention.  Your rectum was not exposed so how could you have gotten an STD of any sort there from the exposure your describe.  You have nothing to worry about.  You do not have an STD that you got from the exposure you describe.

You do not have to worry about your wife since you do not have an STD.  You can have unprotected sex.  Get over your worries about STD they are a waste of time.  Work with your doctor to address your symptoms but be aware that they may simpley be a manifestation of your guilt.  EWH

Thanks as lot. I hope I do not have any STD infection. But I'm still anxious. Although the syndrome is very mild,  I really still clearly fell urethra burning and urge to urinate at daytime. All the syndrome came from after receiving once oral sex. Could you help me to analyze the reason? What do you suggest me to do? Could my urethra be infected by some virus? Because I already took so many antibiotic, It should be killed all the bacteria.
The other question: My doctor test NGU  just from checking white blood cells from my urine. But I read the NGU test information from internet, all of them said that it should check WBC from discharge, not the  urine. So my question:  is  checking white blood cells from  urine reliable? I'm so sorry for bothering you again. thanks again

I agree with you.  There is no way that you have a bacterial STD.  AS for viruses, nothing to suggest this either.  In some instances we see patients who have unexplained penile discomfort after careful evaluation turns up negative.  Our approach at this time is to offer symptomatic relief with a product called pyridium for a few days (it is a mild anesthetic, not an antibiotic) and then after a week or so stopping it. You may wish to discuss this with your doctor.  The important fact however is that you are not infected and not a risk to yourself or your partners.

As for NGU, the swab test is the "gold standard" for NGU but urine tests are just about as good.   Even if you had NGU, the antibiotics you took would have cleared it up.

Hello, Doctor, I'm so sorry to bother you again. This morning I found there is a drip clear discharge on my tip of penis before i urinate. When I touch it by paper, it can form a long silk. Also I feel more uncomfortable for my urethra all day. Burning, irritation, and urge to urinate. I just found the discharge at morning before i urinate, but not day time. I'm trying to forget the STD, but after I saw the discharge, I worried again. My question: Do you think it's normal discharge or I still be infected by some unusual NGU? If I was normal, why still there is discharge?  What's problem for me?  Did you see some other patients who have similar syndrome with me after treatment?  What did they treat?
Thanks a lot.

Believe the tests. You do not have an STD.  This is normal nocturnal secretions.  EWH
