Water from butt

Hi. My son is 11 and has a rash on his butt around the exhaust. (Sorry, don't know medical terms)
He says it felt like bee stings. His brother had it to for a couple of weeks but it cleared up. We saw the doctor and he gave Dan some Clotrimazole Topical cream and some Hydrocortisone and said to mix it one to one. Since Dan started using it he gets water coming out of his butt. The stinging has gone away but it is itchy. It looks like a bad diaper rash. The water came after using the creams so it seams like an elergic reaction. Do you have any suggestions.
