I need information

I have suddenly lost hearing in my right ear now.  it is 4:22pm on the 18th of february 2008.  i was watching CSI: Crime Scene Investigations, when all of a sudden my ear feels like a knife is stabbing through it.  i am starting to get worried and i feel like something bad is going to happen.  am i going to lose hearing permanently?  if so, will it be reversable?  what do i do?  I dont wanna be deaf.  i dont know sign laguage!  i cant even read lips that good!  im starting to get worried!  what do i do???
