Testicle size

I heard that it is possible to increase testicle size by injecting certain hormones, is this true? If so, are the results permanent?

PS Is there any other way to increase testicle size eg by culturing leydig cells or something like that?

This is a question for a urologist and not a plastic surgeon.

If you go to x-tube you can see the results of silicone injections into the testicles.  Some men have injected over two liters of silicone into their testicles resulting in freakishly large decended testicles.  I think this could be quite damaging.
