Prozac, Dexedrine, & Ativan Cocktail

Has anyone ever heard of, or been on, the combination of 40mg Prozac, 30mg Dexedrine, and 4-6mg Ativan daily? I was on this for 7 years, along with narcotics for terrible migraines. Been drug free for 3 years with no depression, but man...was it awful getting off all that stuff!
Would love to hear from anyone with this combo or hear any stories about Zoloft, Prozac, & Effexor side effects and withdrawals.
